My service year was a turbulent one, amidst the vicissitudes on campus. I was dubbed and scammed from a scintillating job offer, which I fell victim of, based on my quest for a better life. My parents and myself accrued great loss financially, which nearly truncated my service year. I thank God for the way He brought me out of that chaos and made me stood the test of time. I really appreciate my Zonal Inspector, OHAFIA LG, Abia for his constant indefatigable love and counsels. As if that wasn't enough. On Friday, December 15 2018. At about 7:25pm along Ijebu-Sagamu axis of Benin- Ore Expressway, My three corper friends and I, alongside other passengers in a 16 passengers Hiace transport company bus were robbed at gun-point. After the driver deserted us and left us in the hands of the grim-looking armed gunmen on sighting them. They overtook the bus and drove us into the thick bush, where they seamlessly rip us all of all our valuables. We were asked to face down for about an hour in the bush and even shared the loots. We were later left stranded there after driving the bus away. Thank God for a good Samaritan man who helped us with his bus to Lagos. But in all these troubles, I was made stronger. All praise be ascribed to the Lord who saw me through.
In addition, Ayeni Damilare is a gospel minstrel/artiste, songwriter, composer, performer and multi-talented instrumentalist. Produced his debut single in 2016. This is his second best track and currently working on his third single in collaboration with other prominent gospel artiste. He is currently observing his one year mandatory national youth service in Abia state.
In this track he featured the Fast rising and talented Juju Gospel Singer who has been known far and wide throughout Lagos and Ogun State.
