Big Brother Naija 2018 housemate, Tobi has spoken on why he thinks fellow housemate, Cee-c is not a virgin. Recalls that Cee-c had some days ago insisted that she is a virgin. MARCH 30, 2018 Cameron Okoye, son of Peter Okoye one half of the now defunct music group, P-Square has been enrolled in a youth football team associated with Barcelona F.C of Spain. According to Peter Okoye, his son, Cameron has adapted to life as an upcoming footballer as he shows off his skill while their team recently visited Spain to play in a football tournament. Peter who doesn’t waste time in celebrating his son on social media, took to his Instagram page to share videos of Cameron and his team mates out and about in Spain. He posted the video and wrote: He also shared a recent video of Cameron in action showing of his dribbling skills in a match.

  The member representing Lokoja/Kogi Federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Umar Baba Jibril is dead. Aged 58 years, Jibril, a three-time member of the house, died in the early hours of Friday in Abuja. One of his political associates, Mr Amuda Dan Sulaiman confirmed the death to the News Agency of Nigeria. He was, until his death, the Deputy Majority Leader of the house. He was also a former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly.

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos State and national leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), on Thursday hit at Nigeria’s major opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), saying the party would never return to power. Tinubu, who made the remarks while speaking at the 10th Bola Tinubu Colloquium, an event held to mark his 66th birthday, also urged Nigerians not to accept the apology offered by the PDP earlier this week. He said the APC would continue to talk about how the party mismanaged the country’s wealth in the last 16 years in order to enlighten Nigerians. Speaking on the performance of the ruling party so far, Tinubu, who claimed that the party never said fundamental and sustainable reforms would be easy, added that the party, under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari, had judiciously maximised the scarce resources of the country by investing in the electorate who voted the party into power as evidenced in the social invest

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) has distanced itself from news making the rounds that the organisation called for the decriminalisation of cannabis (locally known as Igbo) in Nigeria. UNODC said this on during its visit to Senate Committee on Drugs and Narcotics, Abuja, where it made a presentation at the public hearing on ‘The need to check the rising menace of pharmaceutical drugs abuse amongst youth in Nigeria’ on March 26, 2018’. According to the Office’ Outreach and Communications Officer, Mr. Sylvester Atere, the news totally misquoted the UNODC views and warned that this could jeopardise its long-existing relationship with Nigeria.
